Beginning on Friday the 25th of May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect. This new EU regulation gives individuals in the EU, and those whose data is processed in the EU, more control over their data is used. As part of our client service, we are reviewing our data procedures to ensure the security of your personal data, as well as ensuring that your stored personal data is sufficiently protected.

8. ‘processor’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

9. ‘recipient’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing;

10. ‘third party’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data;

Collection of personal information

As a visitor to the Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any Personal Information.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations.
